Athletes Only Bootcamp Camp is a four week outdoor program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional information and motivational training for Amateur and Professional athletes. Packed with fun and energizing activities designed to improve performance while lowering injury potential, this camp will help you reach your goals in sport and life. This exciting program was developed by Motivational Bully and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dale Andrew. "Get in the game. Forget the machines. Dale Andrew is the Motivational Bully of Athletes Only Boot Camp. An avid fitness enthusiast from an early age, Dale has been involved in competitive sport and physical activity throughout his life.
Dale holds a Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Since 1997, his training clients have included everyone from soccer moms to elite amateur and professional athletes.
Dale is thrilled to bring Athletes Only Boot Camp to Uxbridge to help athletes achieve their goals in sport and life. He challenges you to make excellence your minimum standard; "Success is what happens when preparation meets opportunity."
